I run regularly and have noticed in the back of my calf tightness and ache, as well as pain in my knee. I limp and my leg feels weak and unsteady. Additionally I noticed sort of bony knobs on the front of my ankles. This has continued for several weeks. I am wondering how much a consultation for this would cost without insurance. Thank you!

Dear Mr Prpic, The treatments cost of hip or knee replacement is about 12-14.000 euros. It depends on type of endoprosthesis, stay in the in-patient department etc. Best regards

I twisted my ankle 12 days ago. I can walk with it but just wonder is it better to see a specialist because every morning its ok but after couples of hours its swollen again. There is some pain on it but not bad one. Thanks for your kind answer!

Hello Dr. Korolev, Thanks so much for everything. However, I cancelled the surgery scheduled for the 6th of June. My insurance refused to cover the surgery and without them I cant afford it. This may be a strange question and please dont be offended, but is there any other hospital or surgeon that you would recommend getting this surgery done with where it wouldnt be as expensive, but still have good quality? I do want the surgery I just cant afford it at the European clinic.

Dear sir/madam, This summer I am coming to study at the Russian Presidential Academy. Our Program includes an internship. At the end of this summer, I will be applying to medical school, so I would like to spend time in a hospital setting such as the European Medical Clinic. I would like to accompany a physician on his daily routine either weekly or biweekly. Ideally, I would like to be able to spend around ten hours a week in a hospital or clinic environment. If possible, I would like to work under Andrey Korolev of the European Clinic for Sports Traumatology and Orthopedics (ECSTO). Not only would such an experience be invaluable to me as a prospective physician, but it would also provide a great deal of depth to my medical school application. How can I apply for the internship?
